Who we are
Hi there, and welcome to Three Friends Flowers - a small urban flower farm filled with blooms waiting to share their magic with other flower lovers.
Our growing space is intricately designed so we get the most out of our quarter of an acre field. We grow a large variety of specialty blooms and greenery from spring to fall. The flowers and greenery grown on our small plot are specifically selected to meet floral design needs.
Blooms from our field are used for farmer markets, special orders, and events. We prioritize using locally grown flowers whether they came from our growing space or other local growers.
Meet the Farmer
I’m Sarah Richard, the author of the Three Friends Flowers story. I have a passion for cultivating nature-inspired beauty through my flowers. I started gardening when I was just a kid - with my mom in our small backyard growing space. However, it was not until my early twenties where I truly felt inspired by flowers. I was excited each day during the growing season to witness each change nature brought me (and all of us!). My true passion is sharing the tranquility of gardening - it has been an outlet for me during the haste of our everyday lives. I truly believe that we find a greater peace when we connect with nature. My small business is an opportunity to share and remind us that beauty can be curated from just nature itself.
My aesthetic is nature-inspired: textural, natural garden-style with a hint of elegance. I love to replicate a flowers natural form and stature as you would see in the garden, but in an arrangement. I look forward to working with you!
